We do more than just rent linen. We provide you with a linen rental service. We know that you have more to worry about than your linen, so we work very hard to make sure that your linen rental experience is as hassle free as it can be.  Through constant communication, our employees work together to offer the best customer service in the industry.

Nearly every member of our senior management team started in Route Service, so our emphasis on customer service starts at the top. We use unique service aptitude testing for every position in our company, from the route managers who handle your accounts every day to the customer service personnel in the office, and even to our employees in the plant - all to make sure we are doing everything we can to build a team that is dedicated to customer service.

Route Managers
Each of our professionally trained route managers is knowledgeable and helpful.  They hold themselves personally accountable for your satisfaction.  They know each customer on their route personally, and our 2-week all position orientation program helps them master every aspect of what it takes to track your inventory and make sure that you have exactly what you need.

Customer Service Representatives
Our customer service representatives are always ready to answer any questions or handle any emergencies that you might have.  They coordinate with your route manager to get you what you need when you need it.  They make sure scheduled deliveries are on time, that you receive any special orders in a timely manner, and that your account is in order at all times.

More Than Just A Sales Team
At MedPure we don't have a Sales Team, we have a Customer Management Team. When we sign up a new customer we do not just turn them over to the route manager.  Instead, the salesman will work with the route manager and continually meet with you, ensuring that you are receiving great service and that you are stocked with all the products that you need.
