Our route service representatives use handheld touchpad technology instead of paper invoicing to improve inventory accuracy and route accountability, reduce the negative impact on the environment, and eliminate the hassles of storage inherent with paper invoicing. Instead of just leaving a piece of paper that can easily be lost or damaged before it reaches a filing cabinet, your signed invoice is conveniently emailed to you following your delivery.
Customer Login Page
We have developed an online login page where you can look at invoices, check your balance, and request changes to your account 24/7. This eliminates the need to call in as well as allows you to make changes to your account at any time of the day that is most convenient for you.
RFID Chips
We have implanted Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chips into all mats and garments. Sewn unobtrusively into the low-wear area of garments and on the bottom of mats, each chip is programmed to a specific mat or garment, ensuring inventory accuracy of over 99% and timely replacement of lost or damaged products.
Smart Plant
All of the machinery and equipment in our plant is state-of-the-art. We have an automated soil counting system that computer counts every single item to ensure inventory accuracy for all products you receive. We make sure that all of our washers, dryers, and finishing equipment are of the highest technology in the industry to ensure that the products you receive are cleaned, finished, and packed out to look great, all at no extra cost to you!
